About Lyndall

Lyndall is a registered physiotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience working internationally and in Australia.

She has a special passion for Aquatic Therapy, Paediatrics, and Neurophysiotherapy, and has experience and further training in these areas. Lyndall is also a qualified Watsu® practitioner. This gives her in-depth knowledge of anatomy, hydrodynamic principals and physiology, which she brings together in her aquatic practice to create meaningful change for participants.

Lyndall loves using the water’s natural properties as an adjunct to traditional physiotherapy to support movement, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, while also promoting overall wellbeing for both body and mind. She is passionate about holistic care and would love to collaborate with the rest of your care team.

She has also dipped her toes into Ballet teaching, childcare and teaching baby swimming lessons. Lyndall knows how to bring the fun, while keeping the focus on creating positive outcomes for children.

At home, Lyndall is a mum to three growing kids and enjoys yoga, running and dancing.

Driven by excellence

Lyndall combines theory and experience into a practice that is evidence-based and outcomes driven.
